Our Team
Micheline Cerra, PT
(Pronouns: She/Her)
I have been a physical therapist for 30 years. I have practiced physical therapy in NYC, LA and for the last 19 years I've lived and worked in beautiful San Francisco.
Nothing gives me more energy than helping a patient feel better and return to their normal lifestyle. I can see my patients change over their course of treatment. My patients come in with pain, limitations in motion and limitations in performing their sport and work. Gradually over the course of their treatments, my patients feel a relief of their symptoms and a better understanding of their injury. I thrive on helping patients meet their individual physical goals.
I am a mother of 3 teenage boys who teach me the excitement of life and the excitement of love. My hobbies are swimming, yoga and hiking. One of my favorite hikes is the Lands End trail.
MEGAN MCKAY, AIDE
(Pronouns: She/Her)
I was born and raised in San Francisco. I graduated with a BS in Exercise Science from NAU and hope to attend SFSU for grad school. Living with constant joint pain myself, I became interested in the physical therapy field with thoughts of improving my own day to day life. After researching and experiencing physical therapy treatment, I fell in love and realized my passion for the human body. By becoming a physical therapist I will be following my own passion, while being able to help others.
In my free time I enjoy swimming, hanging out with friends and spending quality time with my family.
RONIN CELIO, AIDE
(Pronouns: He/Him)
I was born in Makati City, Philippines but moved to the San Francisco area when I was 11 months old. I recently graduated with a BS in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from UC Davis. Because of my experiences working with underserved communities, I have not only developed a passion in uplifting individuals at their most vulnerable state, but have also learned to support them in their journeys of becoming the best version of themselves. This further ignites my determination in pursuing a career in healthcare, allowing me to learn and grow alongside them.
Hobbies of mine include playing video games, trying new foods, keeping up to date with my favorite sports teams, watching anime, listening to music/going to concerts, and fashion! I look forward to meeting and working with you all!
Celine ruan, AIDE
(Pronouns: She/Her)
I was born and raised in San Francisco, and recently graduated with my undergraduate degree from UCI! My passion for the field of physical therapy stems from my personal experience of undergoing treatment and recovering from injuries brought on by running cross country and playing volleyball. I remember the joy I felt when I regained functionality to fully enjoy the activities I love, and have since aspired to have the ability to help others recuperate from their physical limitations so that their standard of living can improve.
In my free time, I love going trail running along Crissy Fields towards Golden Gate Bridge, powerlifting, and reading!
karlo pascua, AIDE
(Pronouns: He/Him)
I was born in the Philippines and came to U.S when I was 9 years old, I’ve lived in Washington, Wisconsin, and Tennessee. I studied at University of the Pacific and am finishing my Undergraduate studies in SFSU. I hope to one day attend Physical Therapy school on the East Coast. Growing up I played American football, which subjected me to my fair share of injuries. This experience inspired me to pursue physical therapy, after experiencing firsthand how it can greatly improve people’s lives and physical well-being.
When I’m not working or studying, I like to spend my free time exercising, watching movies and tv shows, playing video games on my computer, and spending time with my friends and family.

I will actually read anything interesting, but a good “who done it” is my favorite! I have been teaching myself crochet, which I find very relaxing.I love trying out new restaurants for lunch and dessert. My two all-time favorite SF restaurants are Shalimar and Tommy’s Joynt.
I look forward to talking to you on the phone.
