Our COVID-19 Policies
In the interest of being transparent, and keeping you healthy and our staff safe, we want to address any concerns you might have regarding what Lands End Physical Therapy is doing to maintain a safe practice during COVID- 19.
As a healthcare establishment, we already uphold the highest quality of safety and sanitation practices, which we are continuing during this time. This includes sanitizing all our exercise equipment before and after use. Linens are changed for every patient and fresh towels or similar barriers are always applied between repeated-use items such as heat or ice packs. In addition to our daily cleaning, the clinic goes through a deep cleaning once per week.
We have air purifiers in each of our 3 treatment rooms and in our main exercise space. We have a beautiful deck, and our doors to the deck will remain open during business hours to allow fresh air into the practice (weather and air quality permitting). All high-touch surfaces such as our front door, bathroom keys, cubbies, desk counter and payment portals are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
Keeping our patients and staff safe and healthy is of an upmost importance to us and is a continuing community-based task. We encourage you to cancel or reschedule any upcoming appointments if you feel unwell or exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms.
